A Farm Manager is a person who builds, operates and manages a farm from production to final delivery of produce. As a farm manager, you will need to oversee production, finances, sales, marketing, HR, as well as other areas of focus to efficiently manage your farm’s produce.

Managing, hiring, allocating resources and funds to create a strong labour force to drive the business further.
Building new offices, farm sheds, inventory storage areas, and farm spaces to ensure the inventory isn’t damaged or wasted due to mismanagement.
